Arizona Federal Court Offices

Three court offices handle bankruptcy filings for all Arizona counties. The Phoenix office at 230 North 1st Avenue is the main location. It serves Maricopa County and central Arizona. The Tucson office at 38 South Scott Avenue handles southern Arizona including Pima, Cochise, and Santa Cruz counties. The Yuma office at 98 West 1st Street serves the western border region. Note that Yuma cannot accept payments.

Flagstaff and Bullhead City have hearing locations only. These sites do not accept filings but allow residents to attend court without long drives. All bankruptcy records are searchable through PACER regardless of which office holds the case.
